Based on the best-selling book Lean Inception: How to Align People and Build the Right Product, a method designed by Paulo Caroli, Lean Inception is a collaborative workshop that will help you align a group of people on the solution to be built.

Lean Inception is the effective combination of Design Thinking and Lean StartUp to decide the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). It is a workshop divided into several steps and activities that will guide the team in building the right product.

The Lean Inception book — a best-seller at Amazon.com.br — (and method) was born and have been growing in Brazil since 2011. From 2000 to 2008 Paulo has lived at Silicon Valley, where he was an early adopter of Agile, Lean StartUp and Design Thinking, the major influencers for Lean Inception. In 2019 Paulo moved to Europe and, along with other Lean Inception experienced facilitators,  has been sharing about it worldwide. Lean Inception has helped many Brazilian agile teams and companies to align people build the right product, effectively combining Design Thinking and Lean StartUp.

Paulo Caroli has facilitated more that 400 Lean Inceptions, he was been the keynote speaker on the major Brazilian conferences on the past years, and the Lean Inception book training has been delivered to more than 6000 satisfied people (NPS average of 9,32).

What do I get by participating in the training?

In addition to participating in the planning for a MVP and networking with other participants, you will have the opportunity to discuss facilitation tips and frequently asked questions about the book and Lean Inceptions. You will receive a book, supporting material, and your CLF – Certified Lean Inception Facilitator certificate of participation in this training.

Who will teach the training?

One of the Certified Lean Inception Trainers — CLT®, all very experienced in the subject and with excellent feedback from those who participated in previous trainings. After this training, am I a Lean Inception facilitator?

That’s the intent. In the Lean Inception Training, the CLF® person receives the necessary tools and tips to facilitate Lean Inception workshops, increasing the chances of success for teams, companies and their products. With each Lean Inception facilitation, you will accumulate experience and improve with each facilitation. So you have to practice, a lot.
