Let\u2019s share and\/or try to find out more information about them.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Build something that customers love\u2014and that work nicely for your business.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Step by Step<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>For each initiative candidate, identify the users directly involved or impacted by them<\/li>\n<li>Share the users\u2019 needs and the context around them<\/li>\n<li>Talk about possible solutions to improve the user\u00b4s experience<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Connecting with the previous activities<\/h2>\n<p>This activity is a follow up on the previous activities: <a href=\"https:\/\/caroli.org\/en\/objectives-and-key-results-workshop-session\/\">OKR activity<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/caroli.org\/en\/explore-options-workshop-activity\/\">Explore options activity<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The output of the Explore options activity is a set of initiative candidates in the following format:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We believe that &lt;initiative&gt; will help with &lt;OKR&gt;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Such output is great as it connects the initiative to OKR (typically business OKR). But it might lack some explicit connection with the users (and whatever information you have on them).<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully you already have the focus on the users.
