We will fully engage on this opportunity to unite around an inclusive vision, and join hands in constructing a shared future.\u2019 \u2013 Paulo Caroli and TC Caetano<\/em><em> on FunRetrospectives.com<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Activity: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funretrospectives.com\/defining-nirvana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Defining Nirvana<\/a> (with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funretrospectives.com\/1-2-4-all\/ \u200e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1-2-4-all<\/a> filtering)<\/h2>\n<p>In 30 minutes, the group defined what good looks like (the nirvana) for the future. How much does these affect us?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technological<\/strong> : What technological advances and innovations we should be looking at?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Activity: Action itens<\/h1>\n<p>The last part of the workshop was about bringing it all together, having conversations and taking for the action items.
