Set the Context<\/h2>\n<p>Context: The team has been complaining about quite a few problems. We want to repeat these!<br \/>\n\u2022 Not so well \u2013 things that went wrong, that need improvement, that hold us back. We want to eliminate or avoid these!<br \/>\n\u2022 New ideas \u2013 things that we should consider trying, suggestions, new ideas.<\/p>\n<h2>6. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funretrospectives.com\/plus-minus-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Filtering \u2013 Plus Minus Voting<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>The Plus Minus voting rules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each participant is entitled to five +s and five -s votes per column (each vote will be represented by a + or \u2013 mark on the sticky note).<\/li>\n<li>Participants can place more than one vote on a card.<\/li>\n<li>(+) represents your agreement with a note and that you want to talk about it.<\/li>\n<li>(\u2013) represents your disagreement with a note and that you want to talk about it<\/li>\n<li>Please, vote on the items that you want to discuss.
