By &#8220;we&#8221;\u00a0 I mean these amazing lean and agile people, going into many organisations, discovering wonders and showing them how to do organisational transformation.<\/p>\n<p>I have to be humble, or it is just the new-me, on my 40s looking at the old me, on my 30s, and saying: &#8220;now you can see the whole picture. And you thought you knew it back then&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Below is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bl.uk\/collection-items\/world-map-by-henricus-martellus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1489 British Library Martellus<\/a>. It took Henricus Martellus several trips to get into such map. I better learn from the past. Let&#8217;s just not say this is &#8220;the map&#8221;. Instead let&#8217;s say this is our currently understanding of a good way to map the organisation transformation.
