{"id":172,"date":"2010-07-07T18:39:00","date_gmt":"2010-07-07T18:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/caroli.org\/en\/continuous-integration-adoption-path\/"},"modified":"2020-01-10T19:41:05","modified_gmt":"2020-01-10T22:41:05","slug":"continuous-integration-adoption-path","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/caroli.org\/en\/continuous-integration-adoption-path\/","title":{"rendered":"Continuous Integration adoption path"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Luiza Pagliari (my colleague at Thoughtworks Brazil) and I, Paulo caroli, will be giving a talk on the history of <a href=\"https:\/\/martinfowler.com\/articles\/continuousIntegration.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Continuous Integration<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/cruisecontrol.sourceforge.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CruiseControl <\/a>at the 2010 <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/F%C3%B3rum_Internacional_Software_Livre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FISL conference<\/a> (International Free Software Forum) held in Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>Caio Kinzel, another colleague at Thoughtworks Brazil, have shared a blog entry with me that I find really useful. It is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anthillpro.com\/blogs\/anthillpro-blog\/2009\/05\/05\/1241542860000.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Continuous Integration Maturity Model<\/a> created at last year\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/citconf.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CITCON<\/a> (Continuous Integration and Testing Conference).<\/p>\n<p>My friend and co-worker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thekua.com\/atwork\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Patrick Kua <\/a>have presented a similar topic in the XP 2009 conference: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thekua.com\/atwork\/presentations-and-papers\/xp2009\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">XP2009 \u2013 Climbing the Dreyfus Ladder of Agile Practices<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I am not sure I will use these for the session to be presented at the FISL conference.
