Two people programming on the same computer? Are you crazy?!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This is what came to my mind in 2001 when I first read Kent Beck\u00b4s eXtreme Programing explained book.<\/p>\n<p>Years later, it feels weird when I walk by an agile development team and don&#8217;t see two people working on the same computer.<\/p>\n<p>Suddenly I get the same feeling again:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>What?! Now imagine a dojo all day long. Yeap, it feels like it: Mob Programming.<\/p>\n<p>And it gets even better. I am a big <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funretrospectives.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fan of weekly retrospectives<\/a>. But Alexandre and Woody bit me. Forget about weekly retrospectives.
