That&#8217;s it. It would weird for someone that is always talking about retrospective to miss out on this one.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, even better, I used one of my favorite activities. One I use when I&#8217;m in doubt between a retrospective or futurospective. And this was the case. I want to think about 2015, but already focusing in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funretrospectives.com\/flap-activity-future-direction-lessons-learned-accomplishments-and-problem-areas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FLAP (Future direction, Lessons learned, Accomplishments and Problem areas)<\/a>\u00a0 worked out nicely.<\/p>\n<p>I have used the n<a href=\"https:\/\/app.funretrospectives.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ew board of FunRetrospectives.com<\/a> . Usually I recommend it for distributed teams retrospective, but it worked nicely for my solo retrospective.
