- Explore the four phases: Exploration, Accelerate, Discovery, and Lean Inception.
- Master the DUTI approach (Domain, Use Case, Thin Slice, Increment) for incremental development.
2. Workshop Facilitation & Structured Collaboration
- Learn how to conduct Data Mesh Readiness Assessments to select the right domain.
- Facilitate Data Mesh Accelerate workshops to align teams on vision, OKRs, strategic goals adn prioritize use cases.
- Guide teams through Data Discovery to define Data Product Interaction Map.
- Run a Data Mesh Lean Inception to create a clear execution roadmap and define thin slices for incremental delivery.
3. The Double Diamond in Action: Hands-on Practice
- Apply a step-by-step framework for facilitating each phase of the transformation.
- Use Mural boards and templates to structure and facilitate workshops effectively.
- Explore a complete example demonstrating the Double Diamond in Action.
4. Onboarding & Scaling Data Mesh Teams
- Equip yourself to onboard new domains and teams onto the Data Mesh paradigm.
- Develop a repeatable process for organizations to scale Data Mesh transformations.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration between business, data, and technology teams.
