Based on the bestselling book Sprint to Sprint: Successes and Mistakes in the Cultural Transformation of an Agile Team, by Mary Provinciatto and Paulo Caroli, Sprint to Sprint Training: Building High Performance Teams addresses the different stages experienced by teams and presents practices and techniques that can be adopted for the formation and development of these teams.
