A day without internet

TAG:

Everyone should do it! At least once a month. A full day without any internet connection.

I have just experienced it and I feel great. I was writing and thinking with myself and did not get distracted or interrupted by accessing email, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook or reading on the internet what others thought about a topic.

So here is my suggestion:

Select a day per month that you will turn off network connectivity in your computer and will put your mobile device and tablets on airplane mode.

The gurus will probably stay without any devide interaction for a day without a problem. But many technology people use their little devices for taking notes, alarm clock, amongst other things that are not necessarily connected with the Internet.

Give it a try and feel the joy!
