The certificate – Certified Lean Delivery Practitioner – is awarded to people who participate in a practical session of Lean Delivery Training with Agile Metrics, with authorized trainers, an opportunity in which you will follow the first twenty weeks of an agile team, from a Lean Inception , going through Sprint 0 and the following weeks for the construction and delivery of the MVP and its increments. You will understand how to create a plan and track the delivery of the MVP and its increments, how to use and connect Lean Inception, Scrum and Kanban in order to choose the effective combination of frameworks for your context in question.

Put into practice. Agile methods have a little theory and a lot of practice. You already have the theory. So you have to practice, a lot. Share your knowledge and your achievements. Participate in communities and discussion groups. Write a post, make a video about your experience with Lean Delivery, create a talk. Share!
