I’m very happy to share that I’ll be the closing keynote speaker at Scrum Gathering Lisbon 2025.
Speaking at a keynote is always a great honor — and much more than just being on stage. It’s an amazing opportunity to reconnect with the agile community, exchange ideas with fellow speakers, and learn from other keynote presenters.
This time, I’m especially excited. The opening keynote will be delivered by none other than Prof. Dave Snowden, Director and Founder of The Cynefin Centre, a true global authority on complexity and decision-making. I’ll be closing the event — a big responsibility and an even greater privilege.
Another highlight is the thoughtful choice by the organizers to blend both Portuguese and English throughout the event. Even though my new book, Team OKR, was launched in English, I was asked to deliver my keynote in Portuguese — to help balance the experience for the audience. I truly appreciated this gesture. Fortunately, both English and Portuguese are languages I’m fully fluent in, so it’s a pleasure to deliver value in either.
