Below is the one week inception presentation that Tainã Caetano and I (Paulo Caroli) have delivering on a few events, including the AgileBrazil 2013.

I like to keep this post (from 2013!) as it shows very early thoughts on the Lean Inception. At the time I was experimenting many inception activities, trying to make it fit in one week. Many years passed until I had enough first hand experience (hundreds os inceptions) and lots of second hand experience (thousands of feedback from other people) following the Lean Inception agenda.
