I’m delighted to share that I have been invited to be a keynote speaker at Agile Trends São Paulo 2026, one of Brazil’s leading conferences on innovation, artificial intelligence, agility, management, and product development.

The event will take place in São Paulo on August 31 and September 1, 2026, bringing together leaders, managers, practitioners, and teams interested in turning innovation into practical organizational results.

During the conference, I will present the keynote:

Teams Still Matter: Agile in the Age of AI

Artificial intelligence has profoundly changed how work gets done.

Today, we can generate ideas, documents, analyses, backlogs, prototypes, presentations, and code in minutes.

But producing more does not necessarily mean learning more, making better decisions, or creating greater value.

In this keynote, I will explore how organizations can benefit from AI without losing strategic clarity, collaboration, critical thinking, shared learning, and focus on outcomes.

I will connect these challenges with practices such as Team OKRs, Product Discovery, Lean Inception, and Delivery, showing why they remain essential—not despite AI, but because of it.

As generating artifacts becomes easier, aligning people, challenging assumptions, making choices, and learning together become even more important.
